All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit reserves your appointment and covers planning and design time.

Need to reschedule? Give us at least 72 hours’ notice and your deposit can be moved one time to a new date.

Cancellations, no-shows, late reschedules, or arriving too late to complete the session will result in the deposit being forfeited.

These terms apply to every payment method, including the website, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.

By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.

If I need to cancel and rescheduling is not possible, your deposit will be refunded.
